"We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. "The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"Thanks for a lovely stay at your property. The property is in a lovely location just outside Swanage, ith handy access to the costal path for walks from your door. The pool and sauna were very much appreciated by us all. My husband and teenage son loved the full size snooker table. The property is a great size, was very clean with access to a huge garden too. We stayed as a family of 4 and would love to return. The owners were very helpful too."
