"Great location near some lovely eating places and close to the Galata bridge and lots of transport links. Staff not very helpful or friendly but we didn’t need them much. Breakfast was tasty but no options just the same thing each morning. Fine for a few days but by day 5 I was a bit bored! Breakfast staff at the sister “root” hotel were terrible smoking at the entrance to breakfast room, not providing clean cups etc. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Overall a good stay but a few down...

"This is my second time spending holidays at this property. I enjoy the All-Inclusive, and the views to the sea are amazing. The property could benefit from some renovations. The A/C in our room was not cooling property and the temperatures outside were 37 Celsius. It is very convenient for visiting the Ancient City of Ephesus and Virgin Mary’s House. "

"Aly Port Hotel was a perfect location for walking to Grand Bazaar, Taksim square, Galataport and alleyways. Check in was easy and we had a large room on 4th floor. Facilities were clean, however the door to balcony in our room would not open. That was not a problem as we were out for majority of time and just used window for fresh air. Whilst the mosque and main road were nearby we were not too bothered by noise. Overall it was a pleasant stay"

"We loved our stay at Le Port / Zeno Suites. The staff were polite, management very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly refurbished so the first room we got was smelling of paint and they changed us into another room immediately. There were a few occasions where the lift and WiFi weren’t working but they resolved it soon. Only thing that needs improvement is the water gets cold quickly. That needs looking at but overall we loved staying here. "

"As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and comfortable. The decor and design is still cool, sophisticated and understated despite being 14 odd years old. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and considered. The breakfast is ample and delicious and nothing is too much for the staff. The rooftop has an amazing view of the Bosphorous and underutilized.
