"Great location near some lovely eating places and close to the Galata bridge and lots of transport links. Staff not very helpful or friendly but we didn’t need them much. Breakfast was tasty but no options just the same thing each morning. Fine for a few days but by day 5 I was a bit bored! Breakfast staff at the sister “root” hotel were terrible smoking at the entrance to breakfast room, not providing clean cups etc. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet.
