We arrived early at 12 PM for check-in and were informed that the room wouldn’t be ready until 2 PM, which we completely understood since that’s the official check-in time. However, even after waiting for two hours, the room was still not ready at 2 PM. We had to keep following up with the staff, and it was finally ready around 2:30 PM.
Unfortunately, when we entered the room, there was a very unpleasant odor — it smelled like a gutter, and the smell seemed to be coming from the bathroom. Overall, it was quite disappointing after such a long wait.
