"Our stay at West Bay Club was great. Our room was large with strong air conditioning. The beach is the best part of the location. It’s so beautiful and a bit quieter and less populated than the other resorts a bit further down. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Would definitely return and recommend. "

"It was a nice hotel, I had one little issue with the room which got corrected almost immediately. The people were nice and the location was not too far from the beach. They also had the Island Fish Fry right next door. The restaurant had great food and drinks! It was a nice place abd cozy place to stay."

"This place was absolutely adorable—so cozy and relaxing! Waking up to the ocean view every morning was incredibly peaceful and the perfect way to start each day. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, including some of our favorite little beaches, great restaurants, an ice cream shop, and several grocery stores. You won’t be disappointed if you book this spot—it truly felt like a hidden gem. The hosts were amazing and responded immediately to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The staff was incredible from check in to check out. Anytime I had a question or needed anything they were on it. The staff that handled our room from beginning to end made sure the room was clean every day sometimes making a second trip. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Make sure to check out their roof top bar and see my guy Wilder. Best bartender on the island. Alisha the manager and Lancy made sure we were taken care of when it came to food and drinks at their restaurant. The pool was beautiful. The beach was amazing. 5 stars to everyone at Windsong. I would highly recommend this destination for your stay when visiting Turks & Caicos"

"The house, pool, and property are all very beautiful and private. Judy, the host, was extremely responsive to all our questions. Her grounds keeper also watered the plants and cleaned the pool every morning, and provided us with a fresh tank of drinking water during our stay. There were some beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, which we took advantage of a few times. Mostly we enjoyed swimming at the house and playing games poolside. One thing to note, there is no A/C in the sunroom or kitchen, just the bedrooms. We adjusted pretty quickly to the environment, though, and since we were swimming a lot, it was fine. Also, bring lots of mosquito repellant. This is nothing unique to this property, just TCI in general--there were a lot of mosquitoes, and not just in the morning and at dusk, but all times of day. Despite that, we had a really great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to TCI. "
