"Property was well maintained and clean. Only reason I’m giving it 4 starts and not 5 is because our room was not cleaned daily. For our one week stay room was only cleaned once and we had to ask for cleans towels. Property has beautiful water views! We stayed at Villa #5 which had views of the water. My biggest suggestion is to RENT a CAR! Taxi from the airport which is only 15 min away was $50 so we rented a car $350 for entire week. Location of the villas is away from tourists and very quiet....

"Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!"

"This was my first time booking through Expedia and i’m sooo happy that I found Hotel Indigo! Everything was PERFECT! The property was clean and the perfect size to walk around. Only 5min walk from the beach or they have a golf cart that brings you as well. The restaurant had the BEST food i’ve ever had at a hotel, i was shocked! The room was spacious and very clean. Lastly the staff was beyond kind and accommodating. I will definitely choose Hotel Indigo next time as well!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Ellipse Resort! Being a newer resort was definitely a plus—the property felt fresh, modern, and beautifully maintained. I’ve stayed at several different properties on the island, and Ellipse was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Deeka was so welcoming and helpful from the very beginning, and Rahul truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their hospitality definitely stood...

"Stayed 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Resort is under expansion, which we knew about prior to our visit. The construction was not disruptive. However, the existing resort is not what we experienced on our last visit. Most everyone from the management to the employees seemed put out and uninterested. Room was dirty and not maintained. Complimentary breakfast was lacking. Sad because our original visit was so much different. Would not return."

"I loved this hotel, very nice hotel and it’s literally in the middle of everything you might want to do. Everything was in walking distance and we didn’t book a car. So spend like 25 usd to get there and you’ll be able to walk to anything else. Taxi were expensive they wanted 20 dollars to take you 4 mins down the road, which was like a 15 min walk. Hope this helps!"

"The resort and people were amazing especially Ericka, Jane, and Sherry!!! Erika works at the boutique, Jane greets you for breakfast, and Sherry is usually at the swim bar. They make everything feel seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the rooms could use smart tvs for better television watching and they need outlets by the bed to allow technical device charging. I would definitly stay here again when going back to Turks & Caicos!"
