"The staff was incredible from check in to check out. Anytime I had a question or needed anything they were on it. The staff that handled our room from beginning to end made sure the room was clean every day sometimes making a second trip. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Make sure to check out their roof top bar and see my guy Wilder. Best bartender on the island. Alisha the manager and Lancy made sure we were taken care of when it came to food and drinks at their restaurant. The pool was beautiful. The beach was amazing. 5 stars to everyone at Windsong. I would highly recommend this destination for your stay when visiting Turks & Caicos"

"5 stars don't suffice! Pineapple Villa was the best rental we've experienced and perfect for our family (teens to 70)! Better than described. Pat was prompt in answering questions and providing info.15 minute drive to airport and near grocery store and some restaurants.Beautifully appointed villa with large open "great room" with comfortable living room (and large TV we never used!); well equipped kitchenh and water cooler with refill bottles. The dining area seats 10 and was great for evening games at the gorgeous table (cards provided!); The bedrooms are at each corner, with comfortable beds, private bathrooms & plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer.The large canopied deck has seating for 10 and a quality grill with plenty of gas.Outside on the ground level is a great pool we loved coming home to after the beach and enjoying at night with comfortable seating and lounges, a shaded area and pool toys. The outdoor showers and faucet are perfect to rinse off sand and salt after the beach.And the beach!!!! Easy 2 minute walk to a virtually private part of stunning Grace Bay with beautiful white sand and turquoise water. Chairs, umbrella, snorkel equip and coolers provided with a wagon to bring them! Even saw occasional sting ray and fish.Nice 1 mile walk down the beach (or quick drive) to Coral Gardens snorkel trail and resort for breakfast, lunch or drinks to cool off.Thank you Pat & Minoo - it was perfect!!"

"The resort was absolutely phenomenal. It gave us a true island feel with four different villages with different themes including French, Italian, Caribbean, and key West. The Italian and key West were definitely newer built and more expensive rooms however the French and Caribbean were just fine still. The food was absolutely outstanding with every single place we ate at. The entertainment was phenomenal every single night there was something to do. There were a few negatives including two groups of 40 high school 18-year-olds that just graduated that were drinking and running a muck all over however the resort is large enough to distance yourself from anyone. I'm pretty sure they told us they are building a couples portion of this resort to the west which should be a very popular option for people like myself and my wife. Overall highly recommend beaches. "

"A hidden gem! The property, lush with plants, flowers and fountains is truly a botanical environment. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed, we were treated like family. Ms Wenie, Maureen, Jeffrey (shuttle driver) and all the bar/kitchen staff and groundskeepers were very polite, attentive and professional. I highly recommend this quiet hidden gem with all the amenities at hand over any large resort. Thank you for a great week! We will be back! -Steve M. "

"Very nice place centrally located. We did experience siting a cockroach in the kitchen the day before we left. I attempted to notify the manager but not sure if he got the message. It’s difficult to control that on the islands and I’m sure they will address it "
