"Lobby & room were super clean and looked just like the pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful and let us check in an hour early. Parking garage was large and had many open spaces free for guests, and attached to the hotel which was very convenient! I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Tacoma."

"There was a lot of noise, kids running upstairs in the hallways after 10 it was very hard to get some rest. There was a transient who came off the street just went into the eating area and was eating there and grab food and left. It was a little dirty outside as well . The staff was very friendly and courteous my air wasn’t working the first night . "
