"We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events."

"My family and I absolutely enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items, pot and pans and basic cooking supplies. The house was bright and well decorated. We were anticipating issue with parking but to our surprise it was not hard to find street parking. The rooftop overlooking the beach was a nice touch. We really enjoyed everything here. Thank you!"

"Sufficient for short stays. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but had no issues with anything or anyone. Water was hot, the towels and showers were clean. That’s all we needed. 15-20 minutes to airport. Well worth the price. The host was easily accessible if I had any questions."

The kitchen was well enough equipped and had more spices available than most places we have stayed, so cooking in would work here, although we only did breakfast ourselves. "The stay was very good. Has good breakfast in quality inn across the street.. house was spacious, clean and conveniently located near grocery store and restaurant. Few things can be improved, 1. The door lock was very tough to close/open and the binds in the 1st bedroom can be changed as you cannot sleep once daylight starts around 6.00 am."

"We needed a few day stay somewhere that wasn’t a hotel while in WA state dealing with a medical situation. This place was located reasonably close to the facility and offered a great rate. Communication with the property management company was stellar. The unit itself is pretty bare bones, but fits the need. Would stay here again if in the area."

"The house has plenty of space and has an excellent kitchen if you like to cook. The layout of very open so it’s great for a gathering space if you are staying with friends or family. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location.
