"Really nice big rooms for a decent price. La Quinta has the best breakfast of all the free breakfasts and this one is to the same good standard. Everyone was really nice and it was very convenient to our event. Federal Way is a hideous hellhole exurban sprawl but I do not expect La Quinta to solve this problem, in fact I must admit that I am part of the problem."

"Front desk staff was very nice. Housekeeping staff is very nice. Mattresses are comfy. Security door at lobby to ensure authorized entry after check in. This hotel is BRAND NEW. SO new I feel like we were the first people to use our room. There are things that could use improvements. Room floors are not carpeted; they are laminate which I can understand, for the cleaning aspect, but not for warmth and noise. The beds are on a cot like frame and move easily on the laminate flooring. Just sitting on the bed, leaning up against the wall, the bed moves away from the wall. Walls are thin; can hear people, and tv, in next rooms and people in the hall. No ice machine in the building at all. Wi-Fi requires last name, Room# and your email in order to connect. Kind of a hassle. Policy states two devices are allowed for free Wi-Fi, but we were only able to connect one. Our stay was on Aug 18 and the elevator was not working."

"Our toilet had an issue with the water running. We reported it but they said it was fine just took a while to shut off. Seemed very wasteful of water and expensive for hotel. Hope they repair soon."
