From desk clerk Jasmine, who made sure we understood all the perks we were eligible for to restaurant waiters Kathi and Lori, who treated us as if we were family members (they even spent several minutes finding the TV program we wanted to watch!), we were overwhelmed by the hospitality of this friendly, outstanding hotel! Highly recommended!"

"The location is next to Interatate 5, which does not help that the ramp to get to I-5 you have cars revving their engines to get to speed. This causing some pretty loud noise outside."
