"Breakfast was great, check-in was easy, and room was cleaned when asked. Bed was super comfy and hotel is calm and quiet, despite being fully booked. Staff were all amazing!"

"Check in was quick and easy. The woman at the desk was pleasant, engaging, and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, esp for a hotel in Chicago. The room was clean and nothing needed was not available. The area has plenty of walkable food options and parking felt safe and secure about a block away. On the way out a gentleman working at the bellstand saw me taking pictures of the hotel and he opened the ballroom to show off the beautiful space. It was very unexpected and appreciated. Pretty decent hotel. There is a restaurant in the lobby I didn't try but it looked very nice. Check out was quick and easy. The woman at the desk was also pleasant."

"The staff was amazing. Greeted with smiles, friendly, with impeccable hospitality. The hotel was very conveniently located, easily able to walk to the Riverwalk and Navy Pier. Plenty of shopping, dinning, and amenities near by. Only problem is valet needs a better service, the text service in which they use is extremely slow. You're better off going down directly and give Valet your ticket. "

"Rocky was awesome and gave us great recommendations. Check in lady was nice and had no issues. Only issue we had was the bar. My husband waiting a good 30 min with no acknowledgment and it wasn’t busy. This happened 2 nights in a row. Someone from the food area noticed he hadn’t been helped and helped him get his drink. Super disappointing and not sure what that was about since other people were getting served with no issues. Other than that everything else was great. "

"I love this property & I am liable to stay again. My only 2 complaints are 1: the shower is too small. I don't like shower curtains touching me. 2: the rooftop closes at 11 or so. Overall... Money well spent. "

"Nice place! Very helpful and friendly front desk staff! Two thumbs up for them! Clean hotel, no noise, close to some attractions and some good restaurants. They don’t replace towels or clean the rooms every day. That was disappointing and they need to improve the breakfast options."
