After receiving those and ordering another round the room Service, we were greeted with a complementary bottle of champagne on the rocks. The staff was 10 out of 10 and the property was 10 out of 10 I will be back."

"The hotel’s billing process was confusing and frustrating—they charged my card upfront and held the funds, then charged me again separately at checkout, which didn’t make sense. The rooms were extremely small and felt outdated, almost like something out of a grandmother’s house, and the overall interior matched that same old-fashioned vibe. The elevators were uncomfortably tight, making it difficult to move around, especially with luggage. The valet service was also disappointing, as they didn’t assist with opening doors even when my hands were full. The bathroom layout was poorly designed—you can barely close the door without stepping into the shower first. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience."
