"Very nice location. You can walk to river walk very easily. Millennium park, lake front, aquarium- all can be reached within 50 min walk. The hotel can be connected with bus 146 and light rail easily ($5 per day pass). The hotel has free breakfast. You can figure out after first day as how to get the best out of it. You have wholefood in the front and Walgreens within 1 block- can’t beat it! Room service is everyday! I would like to thank Darrel and Philips for wonderful service in the ground floor front desk. Initially it was hard to find the parking and hotel entrance, but Darrel helped us find it easily. After parking, you have to ride two elevators to check in! If you are driving, this could be confusing in the beginning. Hotel could have some notice in the groundfloor, which may help the guests. The staffs in giftshop are awkward. They need to maintain theirstandard in behavior for the benefits if the hotels. Overall, the hotel was very good for the price you pay. "
