"Staff was great , very helpful"

"Cons Bad plumbing, shower drained slow, shower water control faucet was stripped and hard to control the temperature of the water, water stopped (completely) multiple times during showers. Shower curtain sticking to you as you bathe because it was so small. No electrical outlets near the bed or close to a table or chair. Beds weren't exactly comfortable, hard and springs in mattress were unforgiving, bathroom was extremely small, toilet, sink, and shower super close together, no room to move or dry yourself in the bathroom due to everything being so close together, and the inability to use the toilet comfortably. Stayed on the 12th floor, elevators were really slow and hard to catch at times. Pros Room was clean (linens, towels, and floors, etc.), A/C worked fine, it's a fantastic location close to most everything of interest, and the staff was friendly and courteous."

"Whilst the website makes clear it's undergoing refurbishment there's nothing that clearly defines the impact we stayed in a room I believed had been renovated on floor 21 however the room certainly didn't look freshly decorated, the blind only went up and down halfway and the air con whilst cook made a horrible noise all night long and constantly sounded like dripping water. Then to top it all every morning we're woken at 7 but the sound of workmen upstairs drilling banging and crashing."

"The hotel is lovely and well-maintained. When I asked what the $40 daily ‘Destination fee’ meant, I was told it was an additional fee that the hotel levies. Further discussion was no more fruitful, because it is clearly just words to tack on additional costs. Also, no explanation for the refundable $150 damage deposit-per night-a daily charge, albeit refundable, that was tacked on. Why should that charge be applied daily other than to keep the money on their books? Bad business decision."
