"Location, location, location! 10 min. Walk to Dundas Square were you can take the first stop of the hop-on-hop bus. Very close to St. Laurence market, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff is friendly. The hotel needs some refreshing and the cleaning staff should be restrained. The drawers were dusty and the bathroom had a lot of hair. Nevertheless, I would stay again because they honored my Expedia membership and gave a free upgrade to a suit and they gave a free bottle of wine and a complementary bottle of water. "

"This hotel had the best location! Loved being on the water, the amenities around the hotel were great and the outdoor pool was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and room was very clean! The only down fall was a little loud at times but not enough to stop us from going back! "
