Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The king suite we had was a tad on the small side but worked for the two of us. The lobby smelled amazing. Close to stores with Moxies on one end and a 24 hour Dennys on the other. Would stay here again for sure.

Upon check in the front desk personel clearly communicated what room was available and told me of the availability of a room upgrade for the next day, just in case I wasn't pleased with the one I had. In the morning, the request was easily honored by the new front desk agents. The restaurants on property were amazing. The stay was short but we experienced great customer service. We would love to go back and we will definitely recommend.

Many many conveniences on the property or nearby. Go train, there's one nearby. Swimming pool, it's on the property. Restaurants, there are two on site. Walmart, there is one nearby. Storage space, there's one nearby. Highway, very close to QEW and Red Hill Valley Parkway.

Its a Nice Hotel with very helpful staff The new system of paying a $100 dollar deposit at check-in (that is returned through Expedia) is uncomfortable red tape. The ice machine is noisy (locate your room away from it) Soccer teams from Montreal were very quiet. Overall, a good stay at a very attractive price.

Room was very nice, and the auto switching HVAC unit between heat and cool to maintain a comfortable temperature was an unexpected luxury. Noticeable blue tinge on the right side of the TV, especially noticeable on black and white content. Not correctable with TV settings. Very pleasant experience overall.

Wife and I stayed for a night. It was clean comfortable, staff was helpful, easy access off the highway, available pool and hot tub was nice. Coffee was good. Only gripe was no tv options or continental breakfast, there was only coffee. The price was also reasonable. It was great , we will stay at a sandman again.
