"We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building). "Didn't get to stay at the property. Communication was terrible. I tried texting and ringing the owner 6 days onwards to find out arrival instructions but no response . I contacted travel nest 3 times ,with the promises of details to follow but owner still didnt . Only after further messages from myself on the day did i get a message back to say there had been a leak in the property but that was a lie as the owner wasnt sure what property he was talking about ! I wont be using or recommending...
