"Friendly staff"

"We were staying here overnight from Canada for Movement Festival. The hotel was very easy to get to right off of the bridge. I called a couple days before and spoke with Brandon who ensured we got an early check in as we wanted to be downtown by 3pm and he took care of us no questions asked. The room was clean. The TV was brand new. We appreciate that the room has body lotion on demand as well as some good shampoo and body wash. Not a tonne to do in the area but as far as essential goods for a pleasure trip the area had everything you needed. Our only recommendation would be more of a plush, duvet style, top blanket for the beds. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay overall."

"This is a gem of a hotel! Of course, the convenience factor (inside terminal, with it's own hotel TSA line) is incredible, and certainly was the reason we booked the stopover. However, the amenities of the hotel are impeccable. The atrium lobby is stunning. The restaurant and bar have a wonderful atmosphere and provide extended food and beverage hours. The fitness center is top of the line and overlooks the gates of the airport. We will certainly stay here again! "
