When we got in the room non of the lights was working the room was really cold we put the heat on on the highest # and it was still cold i went to get a towel to use it and it was really really dirty and had black spots on it i will never go to that hotel ever again the hot tub was not like the picture at all and was broken i will never go there again.

The receptionist started off with poor service and an attitude, put me in a room I didn't book that hadn't been cleaned, then once placed in the correct booking that room also wasn't cleaned and the receptionist wouldn't correct the mistake nor gave a refund. Never again.

That place is not like how it used to 10 years ago it has bed bugs nasty mattress the jetted tub I had was dirty had to change my room twice it was a lot of people hanging around outside the hotel didn't feel safe at all
