"This whole experience was amazing! I loved having a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to Narita station and Aeos mall! Also Nita, who works at the front desk, is SPECTACULAR!! "Enjoyed my stay here. Great staff, very clean. The on-site laundry & currency exchange are very convenient. Subway close by. Tourist sites are also short taxi drive away if you prefer. Wish there were more drawers for folded clothes. Could also use access to trash bin for larger items; although I easily handed bigger trash to staff who took care of it. Nonetheless, great hotel and I would stay again. Highly recommend."
