"The buffet breakfast was very good, but usually a long line to get in. Aside from that, the hotel restaurants were overpriced and/or indifferent quality. There were very few other cheap or good restaurants within an easy walk/ Aside from that the stay was good. even had room to open our luggage in our room and sprawl out on the writing desk--s rarity in Tokyo. "

"Clean and modern property with good location for convention visitors. Decent, clean rooms. A big hotel with an occasionally busy lobby. A good breakfast, but not great. It's great that there's a Lawson inside the hotel. We also enjoyed the views from our room and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we had an uncommonly hostile hotel manager to deal with that made the experience negative enough that I'll avoid this location on my next visit. A visitor could do worse than this hotel though."

"The location is perfect for anyone who wants to stay away from the busy areas but have easy access to them—it’s right across the street from a station that takes you straight to Tokyo station. There are two laundry rooms and the machines are very clean and easy to use. They have both combined wash/dry units (which dispense detergent) and separated units (which do not). In total there are about 10 machines and I didn’t run into problems waiting. There are also multiple convenience stores within a few minutes on foot, including a small Family Mart inside the hotel. The Family Mart helped me transfer our luggage to our next hotel and it went perfectly. I loved having space to set up a baby crib AND lay out all of our luggage. Wonderful hotel and would stay again! "

"I love this hotel. The hotel is clean. It is in a quiet, not crowded location but there are shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is polite and helpful. They upgraded us. Gave us free drinks. Our room had a magnificent view of Tokyo Bay. I love everything about this property. And for the price, it is so worth it. I will stay here again when I go back to Tokyo."
