Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstücksbuffet war spitze inklusive Blick auf den Mt. Fuji oder den See auf der anderen Seite! Wir hatten Glück und konnten an jedem Tag den Mt. Fuji sehen. Das Hotel hatte auch einen Aussichtssraum (nicht barrierefrei) und eine Webcam, um den Fuji zu begutachten bzw. anzuchecken🗻"
