"Beautiful villas that accommodate many people. Best service of all the hotels we stayed in. So kind and accommodating. Shuttle service was great, and we even stopped at the grocery store to pick up a few items so we could cook breakfast each morning. The views of Mount Fuji were fantastic, and the hotel is close to many things and has a near by bus stop to get around the area."

Fuji views, and the lake just a short 2-minute walk away. Warm hospitality throughout thanks to everyone who works there, absolutely amazing and if only we had stayed bit longer with better weather! We especially enjoyed the personalized service, delicious BBQ and breakfast, unique outdoor sauna, hand-ground coffee in room, excellent selection of unique & local fruity alcoholic beverages in the fridge, heated beds (so comfortable!), hammock, and strong air conditioning. "Excellent view of Mt. Fuji. The owner is very nice, speaks good English, picked us up from the station for free, and gave us wonderful recommendations around the area, also responsive to texts. They also upgraded our room to a 1 whole house to ourselves, very clean and fully furnished. If you want a quieter and relaxing area with a great view of Mt Fuji, this is the one!"

"One of our favorite stays in all of Japan! We will be returning for years to come. We absolutely enjoyed our traditional room. The staff who helped us settle in, serve our dinner, and transform our room into a bedroom did a fantastic job and were so kind to interact with. The check in staff was quick and efficient. The check out staff was kind enough to shuttle us back to the station. The entire hotel is kept up so nicely. This spot is a gem if you’re visiting the Mt Fuji, Lake Kawaguchiko area....

"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."
