"We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."

"The hotel charged me $10 USD for using three tea bags. There was no sign in the room telling me the possible charge. In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice. The worst is that I received an email from hotel.com asking me if I stayed in this hotel and i was asked to provide the room number otherwise I was assumed of not staying here and shall charge me the room the second time. "The location is good, a quiet villa resort in the city center. A 5-7 mins walk to Starbucks, McDonald’s and many other restaurants if you don’t want to dine in the hotel. The staff is helpful! We had a female staff walked us to our villa as it was a bit far and showed us the room facility and etc, she was very friendly! "

"The whole hotel smells good and is clean. The facilities in the room were easy to use and convenient. Large bed and soft pillows, ample amenities and free fruit. Not only was there a wide variety of breakfast options, but they also made porridge and omelets for us. I would like to use this again next time. Thank you for this time."
