"Though we waited pretty long for check in, reception staff were kind and helpful in explaining to us and making sure we were comfortable while waiting. Celebrated our anniversary here and the room was nicely prepared by the reception team, appreciate it loads! Disappointed we could not earn loyalty points for this stay though "

"I like everything overall. Only issue is Air conditioner is too warm for me which it only limited low to 23 degree. I was standard expecting its low to 15 degree. Also, I came for conference workshops and the banquet room is really hot which I was sweat during presentation. "

"Just an observation/recommendation for the customers that are at Shenzhen for the first time without internet access. It would be helpful to have printed information of buses around the area and places to shop close to the Hotel in English. We were fortunate to have friends living close by to help us with sims cards and moving us around. The free internet sucks and couldn't connect from the room, also the A/C wasn't cooling enouph at night. Other than that everything was perfect, thanks!"

"I had stayed here several times before renovation which they apparently did during the pandemic. The categories of rooms have changed so I am not sure of the comparison but basically everything seems a bit upgraded; cleaner, with more modern fixtures and functioning better. Particularly the climate control which was previously an issue in the front rooms with large windows apparently is working well now. As before the staff are friendly and helpful. "I reserved a room for 1 night with breakfast. The staff have been really nice to try to justify that no mini bar in the room, no breakfast in the hotel but 1 voucher for the partner cafè store outside. Unbelievable expensive cost for this type of offer. WiFi didn't work and no battery in the balance. Position is good, in Centre area, walking distance to subway and MTR, Clean enough for stop and start, but be careful about the cost. tooooo expensive."
