The whole hotel smells good and is clean. The facilities in the room were easy to use and convenient. Large bed and soft pillows, ample amenities and free fruit. Not only was there a wide variety of breakfast options, but they also made porridge and omelets for us. I would like to use this again next time. Thank you for this time.

Best dinner seafood buffet I’ve seen in China. I thought it was closer to the airport; we taxied during traffic so it took over 30 minutes. Anyway, nice hotel with some elegance.

Horrible airport shuttle service

The main reason for chosen this hotel was 24 hours airport shuttle. Obviously, they’re not. At the airport, there is clear sign for the shuttle, even you have asked for airport staff, they just told you that call the hotel directly. The shuttle available from 07:00-22:30 operating in every 1.5 hr. Every time you need to book a shuttle before an hour. This is non-sense that waiting a shuttle at the airport basement parking area for 20 minutes even though you’ve been booked. What a horrible experience!
