"交通方便，環境安静各方面都幾好。"

"The hotel locates in downtown area near SeaWorld with many restaurants nearby. The coffee shop and bar on the first floor is nice with modern decoration and music. The room and the bathroom are too dark for my test and not much space but the bed is comfortable. The hotel is good for younger tourists but not for older people or some ladies who wants lights for the make-up routine."

"The staff was very friendly and helped us to use an App to call for a cab ride to nearby Cruise Center."

"Clean and convenient. Beautiful living space"

"I was arranged to an old style room, and I went down stairs wanted to refund because of the carpet odder was not bearable. The lady showed me the new renovation room with tilted floor which is ok. They gave me an upgrade then I stayed and sanctified for the location for this hotel"

"景觀不錯"

"好"

"酒店陳舊不堪，要自己致電職員到前枱辦理入住及退房。房間內雖然有電視，但電線竟然不夠長度插入電源，而且所有遙控器均已經無電，亦找不到服務員更換。三樓為KTV而且營業至零晨，房間隔音非常差。"

"Wonderful! The room was incredible, the people were kind and friendly, we could walk to shopping, massage, and it was safe. The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure."

"Excellent hotel by Shangri-La!!!"

"Our stay was excellent! Only stayed one night but can say the staff was helpful, room was clean with a great view, and the washing machine is a lifesaver halfway through our long trip. Knocked down a star because our soap was not prefilled and the TV has a 5 minute ad every time you start it up."
