"I have been staying here for the Last 12 years , because it is economic and the closest/walking distance to the Canton Fair venues. when i first started staying there, It was GREAT/ close to the GET Show. as the years have gone past, The maintenance of the property has gone DOWN constantly every year. for the last 3 years straight, I have had to change rooms for one issue after another. THIS YEAR, i went to leave my room, and the door handle Literally broke off in my hand , and i was trapped INSIDE my room and couldn't get out ! ! ! ! I'M NOT MAKING THIS UP.... also Cleaning is at a ALL TIME MINIMUM, Hallway carpets are FILTHY Dirty , rooms tile , especially in Bathroom , filthy and not clean.... OVERALL, its a great location, but the maintenance seems to go to the Minimum. Beds from year to year get worse, This year, Springs were sticking out of mattress. .... they changed me to another room , that the BED was LITERALLY the BOX SPRING BOTTOM UNIT, NO MATTRESS and as hard as the tile floor ..... More trips to the front desk for a lot of LOST IN TRANSLATION conversations...... BUT, Its close to the canton fair,,,,, also USE expedia to book, Other sites like HOTELS .com were as much as $40.00 a Night MORE.... FYI"
