"My husband and I chose to stay at this property primarily because of its exceptional review 10/10). I would rate it more like a 7/10 and here are the reasons- Good things- Amazing staff, very polite and helpful. Great view from the sea view villa with a private pool and beach. Not so good things- not value for money. We expected it to be a luxury stay but it turned out more to be like a retreat with no reception or restaurant or any other amenities. "Amazing Villa! Tucked away just off the Main Street of Seseh Beach. Close to the few greats local restaurants and not far from The beach and Udara. The pool is all yours and has amazing views of the rice paddies. The outdoor bathroom is really impressive and private. Huge comfy bed and great staff. Highly recommended!!"

"First of all, the hotel looks nothing like anything in the pictures that are used in the marketing material. It looks a lot more run-down and under-maintained in reality. It appears that the owner has built the place and has not put in any more funding to run and maintain the place properly.
