This resort is a great place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are well-maintained. The property is well placed on a beautiful beach with excellent amenities for kids. The place is also accessible by taxi services. It has few options for dining but we found that the vegetarian options were limited. Our room had excellent sea view with a big balcony. Some light and door fittings need to be fixed but there were very minor.

A fantastic location, views and beach, it’s really quite relaxing, no hussle and Bussle with some great dinner options, breakfast is delicious, the rooms are well appointed, the staff are super wonderful and have no issues recommending this property.

Beautiful luxury hotel. Nice and helpful staffs. Clean and spacious room. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices. Great swimming pools and beach area. We will definitely return if we ever go to Bali again.

I stayed in this hotel in the cliff tower with 2 rooms for 4 nights with family. The entrance, lobby and overall size of the hotel is big. The hotel has its private beach and the cliff tower has a wide sea view. View from the balcony is amazing. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has a wide spread and we enjoyed the delicious food everyday. Spread had Balinese, Chinese, Indian and Continental options. Compared to the size of the hotel, I felt its understaffed especially at the breakfast lobby. Overall, the hotel surely gives a felling of luxury and a five star experience. The location is remote and hence, to commute anywhere, one needs to have a vehicle at disposal.

Pretty disappointing experience. Ocean view room is looking at construction site right next door. Construction happening 24/7 with loud construction noise. Outdoor furniture filthy. Ridiculously busy during breakfast. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get a coffee during buffet breakfast, not to mention the overcrowded restaurant. Not what we expected after paying $500 a night. Paid an extra $200 for late check out (6pm). After finding out that our flight was delayed asked at the reception if we could check out at 8pm instead. We were told we would need to pay for a full night price. Polite and friendly upon check in however completely opposite during check out. Never going there again!

Resort is great for families with young kids- they have a pool with sand so its like a imitation beach that would be perfect for parents to sit on the side while the kids play instead of going to the actual beach. Breakfast has variety but taste is poor, and the staff will shut everything off and take everything away on the dot at 10.30- very different to other resorts I have been to where the breakfast is very nice and staff will ensure you have what you need before they take things away. Nusa Dua area is not ideal for people who would like to venture out for meals etc as there are very limited options.
