"we had a fantastic 4 days at this hotel. It was 5 star on every level. The stand out is the staff who are so friendly helpful and kind and can never do enough for you. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is incredible with the widest selection of food you can imagine. The pool area is beautiful and the food in all the restaurants excellent. "Great place if you are planning a trip to Bali. The staff were excellent in terms of being helpful and they have a lot of dining options. The breakfast and the service staff were awesome. The resort has excellent facilities in terms of pool, gym, pool table, ping pong table or just lying on the beach in cabanas under shady trees. You will love your stay here and they also have a great spa with some awesome therapists, make sure to get a massage to add to you already relax and rejuvenating trip to Bali."

"Lovely big hotel, grand old wooden staircase and roofings. Big hotel but never felt over crowded plenty of room for everyone! Breakfast very good. Staff lovely, deluxe room was big and clean. The only downfall really was the shower never got hot, just lukewarm.Great quiet location, good bars and markets 10 mins walk. Beachfront, amazibg!"

"We had a lovely relaxing week at Potato Head, took a couple of days for us to get relaxed after the journey, but the Potato Head team all over the property were warm, friendly always smiling and couldn’t do enough to give us a great experience. There are lots of wellness activities going on if you want to participate otherwise the poolside is beautiful, just lie on the comfortable pool beds and listen to the waves. As I said all the team there are amazing, a couple to mention, Devi by the pool and Fysh, both looked out for us and made sure everything was on track for a great stay. Thankyou Potato Head team, you are inspiring."

"All Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Service is very good with plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools. Never felt over crowded with space for all in beach area and pool areas. Lobby area is stunning and kept very clean with views of the ocean and palm trees. "

"Absolutely fantastic. There was nothing to fault. Breakfast was stunning - a la carte options included in the cost. Drinks and snacks and even dinner was very reasonable. All items of food and drink tried were absolutely delicious. The staff are a credit to the hotel. They even remembered where we sat and what we ate - even after a one week stay only! Can’t wait to return. "
