"Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier. "

"Nice breakfast, higher quality that usual croissants, pastries, hotel price was right, near lots of subway stops, downtown has a lot of history. The entrance for the mobility impaired is hard to find. There’s really no place to work. The work space in my room was useless and there’s no space with sofas, coffee tables, etc. It’s a design failure. Breakfast room had no charging areas for computers. "

"The room could have been cleaner. There were some leftover bits of toiletries in the corner of the bathroom and dusty in the living room floors."

"Two safes and no fridge or microwave. Bath sink only ran hot water and the bathroom door was very hard to close."
