"Carolina, the concierge was incredible and made this an easy check-in and great trip. She met us at the apartment and explained everything and provided tips about the area. When small issues arose (such as the hair dryer broke) she was quick to solve them. The apartment is in a FANTASTIC location with access to attractions such as funicular and hop on close by. "The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. Nice to be away from the city but still close to visit as needed, would recommend for a relaxing stay!"
