An amazing “classic” hotel perched on a cliff overlooking Atlantic Ocean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in any way possible. Rooms are large and the views are amazing. Will definitely come back.

A wonderful property. Elegant and luxurious. Full of the charm of an older era but with every modern convenience and comfort of a true 5 star hotel of today. Great location with a marvelous view

The hotel is charming, has a great location with a marvelous view. The room was very small and the bathroom dated with a tiny and noisy bathtub. The old building has a beautiful architecture (the other is very ugly). Gardens were well kept. The tea service is a good experience but could be better, as well as breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

Reid's Palace is the perfect mix of history and luxury. Loved our stay here, right from the moment we arrived to the time we left, all the staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Attention to detail is incredible and there were so many unexpected lovely touches - welcome cakes and drinks in the room, small gifts with the evening turndown service, water bottles at the front door to take when going out for the day to name but a few. The hotel building is amazing both inside and out, there are so many places to explore, the gardens are a must - we found our perfect shaded spot, away from the pools on our last day! The views from the terrace are spectacular and combined with Afternoon Tea it's an unforgettable experience!

Our stay at Reid 's Palace was nothing short of exquisite! From the moment we stepped onto the property, until we departed, we experienced only the finest of service and accommodation. We were on the first 3 days of our honeymoon and every moment was memorable. The views - the twinkling lights at dusk, the lovely breakfasts ... I could go on and on. We received lovely handwritten notes of congratulations on beautiful stationery, and a bottle of champagne beautifully presented in an ice bucket. Turndown service each evening was thorough and meticulous. These are wonderful "throw-back" touches from another era, yet everything felt authrntic and genuine! We can't wait to return for an anniversary! Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for making the first days of our lives together so memorable! 💝
