The front desk rarely was available to respond to telephone calls from my room so I had to physically go to main desk. A difficult stay. "

The only thing that could have made the Parking better was if it was validated when You stayed in the Hotel. The room was a little small but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. "The room temperature was 82 F when I arrived and setpoint was flashing 65 F. Immediately called down to the desk, bottom line, thermostat was broke and no other rooms. "
