"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. "Door to bathroom was broken. We were finally moved to another room but the room should never have been released by housekeeping initially. Original room faced major construction.
