"It was a short stay where I barely used the apartment. Still, two things were relatively bad experiences: 1) arriving at nearly midnight, I had to pay in cash for some sort of cleaning fee - I had to literally walk to an ATM to get some cash as they did not accept card. 2) the beds are near low ceiling areas, so if you don't pay attention you hit your head when you get out of bed. Another bad experience was that there was no cleaning after the first night. And the decoration has cold lights,...

"It was a great apartment and we enjoyed staying there. What isn't clear was that the address that is given is not where you might be staying and there was no signage to indicate that we should ring the bell on the first floor. A sign on the first floor door would have been very helpful. The staff were great though. Also, visitors from Canada won't have cell service and have to rely on wifi so it is impossible to call from the street corner."
