We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Ritz in Lisbon! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. All the staff including reception, concierge, and housekeeping were very helpful and pleasant. We were staying there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and balloons in our room. They also ensured we had all the necessary amenities for my 5 yr old son, including a step stool, and toiletries. We also greatly enjoyed their private tour experience of Sintra and Cascais. It is worth every penny. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Amazing hotel with rooftop training facilities that are simply fantastic. SPA is also complete. Rooms are spacious and functional with nice layout. Staff are very helpful and Varanda restaurant and their staff on Sunday brunch are extraordinary! Hotel located near all the main avenue and action without buying in the noisy crowd. Quiet luxury is how I would describe the hotel. Joana at front desk at check in was very resourceful and Madalena at Varanda was very knowledgeable and welcoming they made our stay worthwhile. 10/10 hotel 10:10 amenities 10/10 staff
