"Excellent staff. The room we had reserved was smaller than expected and they put us into a larger room at the same price. Hotel is in a very good location whether by walking or Uber. Expedia needs to make known there are no 110V cutlets, USB or USB-C ports and an adapter or transformer is needed which the hotel cannot provide (was able to pick one up at the Amorim Mall about 1km away). Very good amenities in the room. Very good experience. "

The room was comfortable – quite large for a European hotel and with a nice view of the city and the ocean/estuary in the distance – but a bit outdated, with a carpet that wasn't very clean. There aren't many amenities and perks – no gym, no water bottles in the room, and not even stationary and a pen. Breakfast was fine but not vegan-friendly and not very exciting.
