St Bartholomew's Church is a Roman Catholic parish church in Rainhill, Merseyside. It was built in 1838-40 in the style of the Church of San Bartolomeo all'Isola in Rome. It is a Grade II listed building and is situated on the A57 road (Warrington Road) leading out of Rainhill and is next door to Loyola Hall. It was described by Nicholas Pevsner as 'The noblest Catholic church in South Lancashire'.

"Myself and my sister stayed here just for one night - GBP 55 for the room. We found it in perfect condition cleanliness wise and very comfortable. We did not order breakfast or anthing like that but I have to say I really loved the room."

"It was pleasant. Only stayed here for two nights Rooms are standard Travelodge style. It was clean and comfortable. I had a room request which reception sorted out for me no problem. Free parking outside and there are couple of fast food outlets nearby. I had decent nights sleep It looks like used by families or people working nearby. You would need a car to travel but I knew that so wasn't a problem as it got great access to motorways as it’s just off a major junction. No problem recommending...

Grat location and a superb hotel

"We stayed for one night, reception staff were so efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them.the room was on floor 4 the room was clean with everything we needed like toiletries, clean towels comfy bed.. The resident is located 5 minutes from Liverpool Central train station there are lots of shops cafes restraunts just around the corner We would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to family or friends"
