Overall, the hotel is good. One thing I would suggest improving is the restaurant menu. The hotel is very well located for anyone who wants to experience The Beatles attractions. Close to the train station and docks. Totally recommended.

This was our second visit, we got a classic room this time instead of a deluxe. We missed the bottled water and no fridge or robes. Room was lovely and clean, plenty of nice white towels.

Everything was really good, location is excellent. Little hiccup at breakfast as on both days the coffee machine didn’t work but the staff soon made coffee in the back and brought it out . Would highly recommend.

Our second stay at the hard days night comfortable room as expected and nice and clean friendly staff as always. Only downside this time our room was closer to Mathew Street so was very loud outside the opposite side of the hotel is better

Fanrastic central location. Nice quiet modern room with a big screen TV. Good control of aircon and lighting from a panel situated next to the bed. I thought bathroom was slightly worst condition with marks in the bathtub. In the morning there was almost no hot water, while it worked the previous evening.

The staff were friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. The room was huge and clean.I hadn't realised I had booked an accessible room but it was fine ( once I had worked out how to use the shower!!). The tea cups could be a bit larger in the room but that's just my preference. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I didn't use the bar or have breakfast. I would definitely stay again as it's a central location and the Beatles decor is fantastic. Thank you!!
