The hotel was easy to find, parking with a discount voucher was a two min drive from the hotel, easy bag drop off outside on the pavement. Staff were friendly and welcoming on reception, a lot of the things we were doing were walkable distance, china town, Liverpool One, Albert Dock etc, all with a 10 - 15 min walk. Spoilt for choice for restaurants within a 3 - 8 min walk from the hotel. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, towel change if required too.

There is absolutely zero parking anywhere near here, cops everywhere, and they were far from helpful when I needed assistance. If your a young party crowd with no car this maybe an ok fit for you but if you require assistance good luck.

We had a lovely couple of days in Liverpool. Our stay in the hotel couldn't be better. We had a newly refurbished room with gorgeous bathroom. All spotlessly clean and well equopt. The room was for two adults and 2 children and the only thing we found missing was not enogh space for clothes. Hotel within the walking distance to center, Liverpool one and docks. Breakfast was lovely, dining room bright and well designd. Great selection of things for breakfast, but no fried eggs(only scrambled) or mushrooms which we missed. We would love to stay here again.

Great hotel indeed! Very clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and we highly appreciated our early check in. Just round the corner was the street with bars, 5 min walk to a nice coffee and cowering place. Perfect stay in Liverpool
