"The entrance to the Hotel , needs a remodel , and should be cleaned more often ,even the plants are dying. Everything else is very good!"

"This hotel is an absolute cat fish of a hotel! The pictures did not match the property whatsoever. I was traveling with my partner and they only gave us one pillow. We asked four times our first night for at least one more pillow and after being told "I'll bring it right up" it never came, so he had to sleep on a "decorative" pillow from the couch. Such horrible customer service these people should NOT be in th hospitality industry - an absolute JOKE of a hotel and staff members. The sheets were stained and so dirty. The room was not vacuumed there was dirt and crumbs everywhere. My chin broke out from sleeping on dirty pillow cases (from the one pillow we had). The rooms are also falling apart and deteriorating. I wish I stayed somewhere else but didn't have time. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT WAS WORST THAN A FEW MOTEL 6 STAYS I'VE HAD!"

"This is a basic hotel in a terrific location. Rooms are tiny; ours with a king bed had barely enough room to walk around the bed. Room amenities are fine - K-cup type coffeemaker, mini refrigerator, ice bucket. Extremely clean. Housekeeping service every day without asking or paying extra. Staff were friendly and professional. Nice little breakfast with an egg dish, sausage/bacon, and make-your-own waffles every day. We have stayed here twice and will certainly stay here again when we return to the Park Slope neighborhood. Luxury it is not but a great bargain by Brooklyn standards. Highly recommended."

"I had reserved an accessible room for my mother but it was not available. The hotel gave us a room with walk-in shower which was manageable for her knee but the shower water leaked to create a big pool on the floor. My room had a bath tub but the drain plug was broken so it barely held bath water."

"The staff was very friendly and the location was good. The only issue was our family was booked on two different floors (5 floors apart) and with only one operating elevator the first day of our stay it made it difficult, with the long wait times and crowded elevator being shared between 20 floors. Using the stairs helped , but this may be an issue for some."
