"Clean room "

"I was really excited about this hotel and truly thought I had found an oasis in Brooklyn. At first glance, the room appeared modern, spacious, and aesthetically appealing. That impression didn’t last long. The reality was unacceptable. The room was filthy. The sheets were visibly dirty, the couch was stained, torn, and looked like it had been pulled off a sidewalk, and the overall cleanliness of the room made it feel completely neglected. My 12 year old granddaughter refused to step into the shower, which says everything. There were little to no amenities, and the lobby felt disorganized and poorly maintained. It was clear that basic housekeeping standards are not being upheld. I paid $400 for this room and did not receive a clean or properly maintained space. The only positive was finding free street parking on a Saturday evening. That said, I would have gladly paid for an expensive garage if it meant staying somewhere clean."

"Parking was costly at $50, didnt match the price in the garage. Room was a queen, small space but serves the purpose for one night. Plenty of food in the area. "

"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"The hotel looks very nice at first glance, but is in need of updates and maintenance. The first room they assigned us reeked of cigarette smoke. We asked for a new room and then the AC did not work at all in the second room. It just kept recirculating warm/muggy air. Thankfully we were visiting in April; it would have been unbearable in the summer. We decided to deal with it since we were only there for one night and at least it didn’t smell like we were sleeping in an ashtray. The “destination fee” amenities are not up-to-date and all we got out of it was a small lukewarm coffee and a sad pastry. Location was ok, price was nice, but the stay was miserable. I recommend looking elsewhere. "
