"Stayed for 4 days as my daughter was married in the city on a Friday. Had 10 rooms for both families spreading on 5 floors. You need room key to access elevator and are only allowed to access the floor your room is on. Very difficult to visit others rooms preparing on wedding day. I would not recommend weekend. "A good value for New York. A very clean room with a private bath. Quiet neighborhood and the other renters were very quiet. There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb steps. There is a shared kitchen which has a lot of condiments, coffee and utensils stocked but we did not avail ourselves of the kitchen.
