"Front desk while checking in: she could have been nicer. Hotel staff: awesome, they were kind, respectful, and welcoming. Hotel and outdoor pool areas: super clean, with staff everywhere keeping things in order. Inside the room: it felt like the room didn’t match the outside. The rooms were pretty small, and everything felt a bit tight. They could benefit from some renovation. Room service: GREAT. They were quick, and the food was great. Food overall: we liked the food"

"Great property. Buffet restaurant was always clean and filled with great choices for every meal. The other restaurants do not require reservations, but the later you go, the longer you will wait. Servers at the beach and poolside were super attentive and awesome!"

"They asked if we were celebrating anything, we told them we were celebrating an anniversary. They proceeded to not do anything to make us feel special. In that case, why ask? There was mold in the bathroom. Wish I took pictures but if you’re in room 2548, the bathroom ceiling is very moldy. Coming home, all my clothes reeked like mold. There were a couple employees that were very nice. But overall would not stay here again. I wish there was more information online about restaurants/food was available as well as excursions offered. I also don’t think they like Expedia guests.."

"This has been our 5th time coming here and we had really high expectations from our previous visits. You pay high prices for mediocre quality food and hit and miss service. We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and I made sure we let them know they didn’t decorate the room like I requested paid for Turquoize towers and it felt like we had just paid for a regular room. Some staff members like Efrain and Yesenia at el Mercado made our stay amazing. Federico at Havanero and Alejandro at Moongate were really nice. They managers of the restaurant tried to make it right and where open to suggestions. The disappointment did not end there Turquize towers used to be the place to stay but everything in now extra charge then why be all inclusive. The first day we came back at 4 and our room wasn’t cleaned a manager had to be called and the next day samething room was not cleaned till 5:30. We ended going out to Madalenas to dinner."
