From the moment we stepped into the pub to the moment we checked out, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or attentive — they truly made us feel at home. The location is spot-on, right on the high street with loads of bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away.
Even though the hotel is connected to a lively pub, they close the back door after 9pm, so it’s perfectly peaceful in the rooms behind. We slept like babies! And the breakfast? Top-notch — delicious and satisfying.

The kitchen is stocked well with utensils, pans and plates with several dishwasher tablets (usually only come with 1!) we needed to use it each day.
