Property was lovely and clean. Lovely location and idyllic. Lovely gesture was a packed lunch for the following day and a complimentary beer in the room fridge. Perfect stay. Ideally could have had a fan in the room as the weather was extremely hot. 10 out of 10.

We only stayed for one night however were amazed at how low the price of £131.41 was for the service and facilities. Good size room, nice shower, complimentary drinks in fridge, complimentary packed lunch for the following day and a good breakfast choice. When you consider that this is also peak holiday season it is exceptional value for money for the room we stayed in.

This is a fabulous place to stay. A beautiful old property full of charm. Our bedroom was the best we have ever stayed in. The food is exceptional and even includes a packed lunch. Beautiful walks straight from the door. The staff are all charming and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here

From checking in to checking out the experience was first class. The staff were warm and welcoming with a professional and friendly attitude. Lovely place - so not the corporate chain hotel. Had a really good evening meal. Breakfast was also excellent. Packed lunch was a bonus. Hotel is obviously geared for walkers and there seemed to be plenty of maps / info provided by the hotel. All the staff were super friendly. Can't wait to stay again.

Amazing 17th century coaching Inn. Fabulous room and great bathroom. Lovely dinner in the restaurant and so nice to sit in the lounge (with no tv), and enjoy the music and play cards. It was a wonderful stay, and the bonus packed lunch with brilliant!
