"The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were nice. Breakfast is included and featured many delicious options. The iced coffee available in the afternoon is a nice touch. We loved that there are two excellent mini golf courses on site. Location is great - lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. The only thing to improve is the WiFi, and add a hot tub :-)"

"We liked the convenient location to North Conway and Storyland, which was the reason for our stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was lack of quiet. We were on the first floor and could hear lots of running and footsteps above us. Also, the breakfast area is small for the number of guests. We got there at opening, so we were fine, but many guests were waiting for a table to open up."
