They are re-vamping the rooms but they are so accommodating with the noise and it’s an amazing little place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the work week.

The property itself was in dire need of upgrade. The furniture was stained and filthy. The sheets were dirty. We had to switch to another room, had the same problem. The frame to the bathroom doors are broken. The internet does not work. The best part of staying there was leaving. This was gross.

The Briarcliff was the perfect choice for our 1 night in North Conway. Our room faced the pool, for a quick swim, there was a very comfortable King bed, needed after a long drive and was conveniently located next to a great restaurant (Muddy Moose)and Outlet Shopping (Settlers Green). We will definitely stay here again.
